On 9 November 2020, the application for the non-public issuance of A-share of Teyi Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. ("Teyi Pharmaceutical"/“特一药业”, stock code: 002728) was approved by CSRC. Acting as PRC legal adviser, our Shenzhen Office assists Teyi Pharmaceutical in the Non-Public Issuance of A-Share Stocks and provides legal services throughout the project.

Teyi Pharmaceutical focuses on the pharmaceutical and health industry, mainly engaged in the R&D, production and sales of Chinese medicine, chemical agents and chemical raw materials. The core products of Teyi Pharmaceutical, Zhikebao Cough Tablet, is the exclusive variety in China.
