JunZeJun Law Offices Assisted SCIA and ICC in International Arbitration Training

From August 28th to 29th, 2018, JunZeJun Shenzhen Office (“JunZeJun”), as a breakout venue, simultaneously broadcasted the international arbitration panorama training, which is the third training for elite lawyers of Guangdong Province engaging in foreign legal matters co-organized by Guangdong Lawyers Association, Guangdong “Belt and Road” Legal Service Research Center, Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (“SCIA”), and International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”). The training lasts for three days. During this period, nearly 30 senior arbitration lawyers and arbitrators at home and abroad will serve as lecturers and provide training for more than 250 foreign-related lawyers of Guangdong. The training adopts the forms of presentation, working groups, plenary session and simulation of an arbitral hearing and covers key contents of international arbitration, including the Request for Arbitration, the Answer to the Request, appointment of arbitrators, role and duties of arbitrators, draft of the Terms of Reference, arbitral tribunal’s deliberation, draft and enforcement of arbitral awards.
 
 
During this training, JunZeJun functions as one of the six offline breakout venues and assists more lawyers to participate in the training in order to understand relevant rules of international arbitration and its new development. JunZeJun has a professional arbitration team with high reputation at home and abroad, working on behalf of international and domestic clients to resolve such matters as finance, investment, international trade, commerce, corporation, securities, contract, tort, real estate and construction projects, intellectual property, maritime law, antitrust and competition laws, etc. JunZeJun has handled a large number of cases of domestic and foreign arbitration institutions, including China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, Beijing Arbitration Commission, International Chamber of Commerce, WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center, Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, Singapore International Arbitration Centre, International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, American Arbitration Association, Swiss Arbitration Association, Shanghai Arbitration Commission, etc. JunZeJun’s partners also serve as arbitrators in several major arbitration institutions both at home and abroad. 
 
JunZeJun Shenzhen Office will think globally and act locally. Responding to the national “Belt and Road” and “Go Global” initiatives and following the pace of Chinese enterprises, JunZeJun, while actively assisting Chinese enterprises to expand their international markets, also aims to assist more Chinese companies and individuals to resolve cross-border disputes with its established advantages in international arbitration so as to effectively escort them to “go global.”
