Ms. Hu specializes in the areas of securities and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and IP issues of corporate and business. Ms. Hu has been a lawyer for more than ten years and has extensive experience in providing legal services to clients, including but not limited to financing, mergers and acquisitions, equity incentives, intellectual property rights, and compliance management.
