Mr. Qi Liang specializes in civil and commercial dispute resolution, disposal of non-performing assets, corporate counsel and other related legal services. Mr. Qi Liang has provided special legal services of risk elimination and disposal of non-performing assets of more than RMB 10 billion loans for several city commercial banks and rural commercial banks in the three northeastern provinces, and has rich experience in handling difficult and complex commercial litigation cases.

- Participated in the drafting of the Measures for the Classified Supervision and Administration of Inspection and Testing Agencies with the Inspection and Testing Department of the State Administration for Market Regulation in 2019.
Mr. Qi Liang joined Changchun JunZeJun Law Offices in 2018. Before that, Mr. Qi Liang worked as corporate legal counsel for Jilin Branch Company of China Petroleum & Chemical Sales Corporation and Changchun Road & Bridge Construction Group Co., Ltd.
Mr. Qi Liang graduated from Law School of Jilin University, and has obtained bachelor's degrees.

- In 2016, participated in the research of the annual judicial major project of Supreme People’s Court of Research on Development and Application of Legal Big Data undertaken by the Higher People’s Court of Jilin Province.
- In 2018, participated in the research of the judicial big data project of Supreme People’s Court of Big Data Analysis on the Impact of the Crime Crackdown Special Campaign untaken by the Lvyuan District People’s Court of Changchun City, and won the national first prize.
