Mr. Wu specializes in the areas of foreign investment, corporate equity affairs, acquisition and disposal of financial non-performing assets, and dispute resolution.
Mr. Wu has rich legal practice experience, including lawyer practice experience and inhouse-legal experience in foreign investment fund companies. Mr. Wu focuses on the foreign-related legal services and has successfully handled a number of legal matters related to foreign investment. Mr. Wu also excels in handling corporate equity investment and M&A, non-performing asset acquisition and disposal, dispute resolution, etc. Mr. Wu has provided legal services for various clients, including auto parts manufacturing companies and financial institutions, advertising media companies, real estate development companies, high-tech enterprises, etc.
Mr. Wu joined Jun ZeJun Law Offices in 2017. Before that, Mr. Wu has worked for a foreign investment fund company and as a lawyer in Jilin Province for many years.
Mr. Wu graduated from Harbin University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, and then obtained Juris Master Degree from Law School of Jilin University.
