Ms. Yan specializes in the areas of equity investment and M&A, series refinancing, trust, PE investment and asset securitization. Ms. Yan has served several financial institutions and large enterprises with their equity investment and M&A works and multiple cases as a lead counsel. She has also long been engaged in the legal business of several well-known PE with her rich practical experience in the fields of establishment and investment of RMB funds, reorganization of asset and asset securitization. During these cases, Ms. Yan has provided business modeling, legal opinions and advice, due diligence, business negotiation, helped to draft documents.
Ms. Yan joined Beijing JunZeJun Law Offices in 2015.
Ms. Yan graduated from China women’s University with the bachelor of law, and obtained the Master of law degree from Beijing Technology and Business University. During the period of graduated school, Ms. Yan took courses and conducted research at California State University, San Bernardino as a visiting scholar.
