Mr. Liu Jun’s practice areas include civil and commercial dispute resolution, economic crime defense and corporate compliance, Customs and tax matters, real estate and construction, investment and M&A, legal affairs of commercial organizations, finance and legal affairs of education & culture industry, etc.

Mr. Liu specializes in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. He has participated in the handling of hundreds of civil and commercial cases during his work in the court, which results in his in-depth understanding of the court’s trial and execution procedures, legal thinking and judicial gist, and familiarization with the working mechanism of the court and government departments. He also has unique experience in real estate and land disputes, contract disputes, equity transfer and asset acquisition.
