Mr. Gao specializes in commercial litigation and arbitration and has served multiple state-owned corporations and private corporations in these areas. He has also provided legal support services to multiple well-known corporations’ investment and financing, foreign IPO cornerstone investment, and other non-litigation cases. Additionally, Mr. Gao also provides long-term legal support to several traditional industry and cultural entertainment companies.
Mr. Gao joined JunZeJun Law Offices in 2017. Before that, Mr. Gao worked at Shanghai Municipal Policies and Legislation Bureau. He has also served at Shanghai Allbright Law Offices and Beijing Zhong Lun Law Offices (Shanghai).
Mr. Gao graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with an LLB.
