Mr. Yu's main practicing area includes asset management, PE fund and investment banking.
Mr. Yu has a solid experience of providing services to most trust companies in China on all types of fixed-income business and trust business, providing full services on asset management business of Securities Company, Fund Management Company Subsidiary and Futures Company, PE fund and ABS (asset-backed securitization). Mr. Yu also specializes in providing IPO, issuance of new shares, material assets reorganization, bond issuance and other investment banking business legal services.
Working Experience and Education Background
Mr. Yu joined JunZeJun Law Offices in 2004 and had previously practiced law in All Bright Law Offices. Prior to being a lawyer, Mr. Yu had a ten years’ working experience as a futures trader, a trust manager, a financial engineering researcher and an investment bank M&A manager.
Mr. Yu graduated from Zhongnan University of Political Science and Law withholding a bachelor degree in law in 1992 and afterwards got a master degree in law from Fudan University.
