Mr. Wen specializes in Securities and capital markets and concentrates his practice on IPO and listing, NEEQ projects, bonds offering, private equity (PE), venture capitals (VC), reorganization, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as counseling on general corporate matters.
Mr. Wen has handled a number of IPOs, NEEQ projects, bonds offering, investment and financing projects during the past decade，with substantial experience representing PE/VC funds and clients across a broad range of business sectors in varying kinds of commitments and his experience includes work in medical care, mining, telecommunications, technology, manufacturing, energy resources, electronic equipments, machinery, electric, real estate, etc.
Working Experience and Education Background
Mr. Wen joined Beijing JunZeJun Law Offices in 2013. Before that, Mr. Wen worked as an attorney at law in Grandall Law Firm, JiaYuan Law Firm and King&Wood Law Firm.
Mr. Wen graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law with the bachelor of Law, and obtained the Master of Law degree from Tsinghua University.
