Ms. Ma served as a judge for many years, mainly engaged in economic and civil disputes cases. Ms. Ma has accumulated a wealth of civil and commercial trial practice experience. Since 1998, Ms. Ma have undertaken a number of large enterprises in the domestic and foreign economic disputes and other civil disputes cases, and acted as legal adviser for a number of high-tech and state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises. Ms. Ma also advised a number of companies on mergers and acquisitions, transfer projects.

Ms. Ma joined Beijing JunZeJun Law Offices in 2008. Before that, Ms. Ma worked in Beijing Dadi Law Firm, Beijing Zhong Xin Law Office and the people's court of municipality.
Ms. Ma graduated from Jilin University with Bachelor’s degree. After that, Ms. Ma obtained Master`s degree from Renmin University of China.
