Mr. Li specializes in the areas of foreign direct investment, investment and M&A, financial services and corporate advisory.

 

Mr. Li provides legal services to many multinational companies for setting up foreign investment companies and district headquarters in China. Mr. Li deals with other legal affairs regarding investment, merger and acquisition, antitrust review, and reinvestment by foreign investment companies in Mainland China. 

 

Mr. Li also provides legal services for financial companies, such as asset management companies, trust companies and private equity funds, and government guide funds. These legal services include designing transaction structures, conducting legal due diligence, drafting legal documents, and participating in business negotiations, and among others.

 

Also, Mr. Li deals with litigations and arbitrations concerning contract disputes, shares-transferring disputes, commercial trade disputes, torts, and labor disputes, and among others. Other than representing clients in Chinese courts of various levels, Mr. Li has represented clients in Chinese arbitration organizations, such as China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.
