Being closely involved with foreign direct investment industry, advises various foreign investors from transnational companies to private foreign investors on all legal respects of their investment in China, including investment planning, document drafting, and acting as agent for clients in the application procedures with Chinese government, and advise clients on the construction and reconstruction of their investment structure in China, as well as on a particular item of the investment document, has advised or acted as agent of investors from USA, Britain, France, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan area, including investment planning, document drafting, and application procedure. My Litigation practice is broadly based but mainly concerned with disputes arising from corporate and commercial transactions involving Chinese-foreign joint venture contract, Chinese-foreign cooperative joint venture contract, and other business contract disputes. In addition to representing client before Chinese court at various level, also acts for client at Chinese arbitration organizations, enjoying special experience with China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission involving Chinese-foreign joint venture contract, Chinese-foreign cooperative joint venture contract and import and export contract disputes.
