Mr. Elliott Y. Chen specializes in corporate financing and concentrates his practice on private equity (PE), venture capitals (VC), IPO and listing, mergers and acquisitions(M&A) as well as counseling on general corporate matters. Elliott has substantial experience representing onshore and offshore private equity funds and clients across a broad range of business sectors in varying kinds of commitments and his experience includes work in mining, telecommunications, technology, manufacturing, chemistry, energy resources, environmental protection, home decoration, department stores, electronic equipments, infrastructure construction and real estate. Elliott is the Head of Corporate Finance Group of Shenzhen Office.
