Mr. Chen is a senior lawyer who specializes in business and civil procedures such as dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration, corporate bankruptcy, merger and acquisitions, investment and financing, and other legal affairs of business organization.

 

With 16 years' working experience as a judge in civil and commercial area, Mr. Chen is familiar with Chinese legal procedure and owns abundant practical experience. While serving on the court, Mr. Chen has dealt with various cases, including real estate development, land-use right transfer, commercial housing sale and rent, construction project, share transfer, corporate deadlock, sales & purchases contracts, securities, loans, guarantee, corporate bankruptcy and so on. 

 

Since became a lawyer, Mr. Chen and his team have offered a wide range of services and legal to public companies, financial enterprises and state-owned enterprises and so on. He also won the first VAM lawsuit in Shenzhen.
