Ms. Ling specializes in the area of financial asset management including trust, fund subsidiary asset management, private equity fund, etc. She has rich experience in real estate project financing, equity investment, M&A, PPP and so forth.

Ms. Ling focuses on the business field of asset management and has unique views on the design of transaction structure and the drafting of transaction documents. Ms. Ling has completed more than 150 trust projects and a variety of other types of asset management projects, involving private fund, real estate, equity investment, M&A, industry fund, consumer finance, PPP, and other fields.

To date, Ms. Ling has played a key role as legal consultant for various organizations, including but not limited to trust companies and commercial banks.
