Mr. Cao specializes in the areas of real estate and construction engineering, PPP/infrastructure and public service. Mr. Cao has extensive experience in legal services for comprehensive development of new areas/primary land, real estate mergers and acquisitions, large government investment attraction, etc. In addition, Mr. Cao devotes his mind to legal affairs such as new industrial towns, infrastructures, smart cities, cultural tourism, garbage and sewage treatments, providing high-equality PPP legal services to numerous governmental agencies, social capital parties, as well as consulting agencies. Mr. Cao has undertaken over 60 of above projects with widely acclaimed professional performance.
Mr. Cao joined JunZeJun Law Offices in 2012.
Mr. Cao graduated from Hunan Normal University with a bachelor’s degree in law, and then obtained a master’s degree in law from China University of Political Science and Law.
