Mr. Guo specializes in the areas of Project Finance, Bond Issuance, Acquisition and Disposal of Financial Non-Performing Assets, and Dispute Resolution.
Mr. Guo has served several Financial Institutions including Asset Management Companies, Commercial Banks, Policy Banks as the private legal counsel. He has also offered the legal services for financing of several large state-owned enterprises. He has rich experience in the project finance, bond issuance, acquisition and disposal of financial non-performing assets, and dispute resolution.

Mr. Guo graduated from Jilin University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in law, and received a master’s degree in law from Jilin University in 2016.
