Mr. Yan specializes in the areas of bankruptcy and liquidation of enterprises, civil and commercial dispute resolution. Mr Yan worked in the court for 7 years, mainly dealing with civil and commercial trials, and has rich case handling experiences and solid theoretical foundation. After becoming a lawyer, he mainly engaged in non-litigation business such as enterprise bankruptcy liquidation (reorganization), and participated in or hosted more than ten administrator business cases of bankruptcy liquidation of enterprises such as Jiangxi Asia Valve Core Manufacturing Co., LTD., Jiangxi Zhangfeng Chemical Co., LTD., Wisdom Hai PI Technology Co., LTD., Nanchang Hongying Machinery Factory. Some of the cases were selected as "Top Ten Typical Bankruptcy Cases of Jiangxi Courts in 2021" and won the Nomination Award of "National Classic Bankruptcy Cases in 2021".
Mr Yan joined JunZeJun Law Offices in 2022. Before that, Mr. Yan worked in Gao 'an People's Court and Jiangxi QiuZheng WoDe Law Offices.
Mr. Yan graduated from the Law School of Chongqing University with a Bachelor's degree in law, and later studied at Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics with a Master's degree in law.
