Ms. Huang is expert in providing risk control and compliance governance for state-owned enterprises and risk control services for the whole process of foreign investment and M&A projects. In the meantime, Ms. Huang has ever defended multiples of large-scale civil and commercial dispute cases with a target amount of more than RMB 100 million yuan, escorting the long-term development of state-owned enterprises and listed companies.
Ms. Huang joined JunZeJun Law Offices in 2022. Before that, Ms. Huang worked in the legal affairs department of government agencies from 2009 to 2013. Then she resigned from public service to extend her career in practicing law. She has successively practiced in Jiangxi Qiuzheng Ward Law Firm and Beijing Tianchi Juntai (Nanchang) Law Firm.
Ms. Huang graduated from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. Ms. Huang holds a double bachelor's degree in law and management, and a master's degree in law.
