Ms. Zhou specializes in the areas of IPO, National Equities Exchange and Quotations, Equity Investment and M&A, Commercial Dispute Resolution.
Ms. Zhou has accumulated rich experience in public company listing,merger and reorganization business. hosted a number of National Equities Exchange and Quotations listing, domestic company listing and merger and acquisition projects, participated in a number of Hong Kong listed companies merger and acquisition projects in Southeast Asia (Thailand and Cambodia), hosted a number of state-owned enterprises mixed reform projects, and hosted a number of equity investment and merger and acquisition projects.
In the field of commercial dispute resolution, Ms. Zhou has represented a number of large and complex dispute cases. Thanks to her experience in commercial litigation, Ms. Zhou was appointed as an arbitrator of Nanjing Arbitration Commission and Maanshan Arbitration Commission.
Professional Activities
- Served as legal assistant of Standing Committee of Nanjing Municipal People's Congress, provided deliberative legal suggestions for members of Standing Committee of Nanjing Municipal People's Congress when deliberating local regulations, and put forward more than 60 suggestions for revising more than 30 local regulations.
Ms. Zhou joined JunZeJun Law Offices in 2011. Before that, Ms. Zhou worked as a lawyer in Jiangsu Minglv Law Firm.
Ms. Zhou graduated from Wuhan University, obtained Bachelor of Arts. Later , studied at China University of Political Science and Law obtained her Master of Comparative law. In addition, Ms. Zhou studied at University of Munich in the Germany and obtained her LL.M therefrom.
