Ms Yiyi Hu specializes in the areas of intellectual property, dispute resolution, data security and compliance. After practising, she has provided legal services of both litigation and non-litigation for plenty of world well-known entities, including: representing a series of cases of the most-fouced area of copyright infringement, with regard to the slicing and re-creating of audiovisual works; representing a number of defamation cases for celebrities and renowed entities, one of them was reported as a classic case by Guangdong Provincial High Court, Guangzhou Intermediate Court and Guangzhou Internet Court; continuously representing online platforms for disputes regarding obligations of online platform; providing specialized data compliance services for PRC-invested foreign companies; as Korean International Trade Association’s PRC counsel, delivering legal opinions for its members in import and export trade, and publish the book of Q&A 30; etc.
