Mr. Qiu has a solid theoretical foundation and more than 20 years legal practice experience, particularly has rich experience in handling major and complex cases, because Mr. Qiu has represented cases of the supreme people's court and other domestic courts and arbitration institutions. Besides, Mr. Qiu serves more than 20 enterprises, trade associations and government units as the legal adviser.
Mr. Qiu specializes in the areas of real estate development and construction, and construction engineering, has been serving as the legal counsel of a number of real estate listed companies and construction group company; Mr. Qiu is good at foreign investment and other foreign-related legal business, having provided legal services for more than 10 internationally renowned enterprises to invest in Zhuhai. Mr. Qiu has also served as the legal adviser of Zhuhai municipal legislature and government departments for a long time and has participated in legislation and policy formulation activities for many times. Mr. Qiu is also familiar with administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation.
Mr. Qiu joined JunZeJun Law Offices in 2018, working as the director of Zhuhai office. Before that, Mr. Qiu worked for Zhuhai Foreign Economic and Trade Commission, and Zhuhai branch of China International Trade Promotion Association. Until in 1999, Mr. Qiu was engaged in the legal profession, and then has been in charge of the founding partner and director in Guangdong Light Law Firm.
Mr. Qiu graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics And Law and obtained a bachelor's degree in law. After that, he studied in Wuhan University with a master's degree in law, and studied in University of Macau with the doctor of law degree.
