Wendy W. M. focuses her practice on trust, asset management and PE fund.
Wendy has handled numerous trust cases, in areas of real estate, VC, supply chain financial services, consumer finance and PPP. Wendy has assisted several well-known trust companies in designing investment structures, doing legal due diligence, drafting documents, negotiating and achieving solutions in a variety of matters related to trust.
Wendy joined JunZeJun Law Offices in 2013. Before that, Wendy had worked in MWE China Law Offices.
Wendy graduated from East China University of Politics and Law got her bachelor degree of Civil Law and Commercial Law (2011). Before that, Wendy obtained the Master degree (2008) from Zhejiang University of Technology.
