Mr. Liu Siming’s major practice areas are civil and commercial litigation, disposal of non-performing assets and corporate compliance, etc. He is skilled at handling cases of complex commercial litigation and non-performing assets.

He has represented the retrial case of bill disputes and won the judgment of the Supreme People's Court, helping clients to recover huge economic losses. He has participated in the special legal service and disposal of non-performing assets for the risk resolution of over ten billion yuan of existing non-performing loans of many municipal agricultural and/or commercial banks in the three northeastern provinces in China.

Mr. Liu has long been concerned about the new legal issues in the era of e-commerce. He has conducted in-depth studies on the compliance of internet marketing of biomedical enterprises and food production enterprises and has provided compliance legal services for many related companies.
