Xu Jiemei joined Junzejun Law Offices in 2016 upon graduation of Master in Laws and is currently a partner with a focus on bankruptcy (liquidation and reorganization) and disposal of distressed assets.

Xu has a solid foundation of legal knowledge and skills and years of experience in business bankruptcy. She is skilled at providing tailored solutions to clients and reaching favorable settlements, inside and outside of the courtroom, whenever possible.

She is experienced in all aspects of bankruptcy, including petition, liquidation and/or reorganization, debt settlement and/or creditor collection, and bankruptcy litigation. She has participated in numerous cases in diverse industries, including manufacturing, construction/real estate, information technology, and finance. One of the cases that she has been involved in was awarded the Ten Typical Cases of Nanjing Intermediate People’s Court in 2018.
