Ms. Zhang is experienced on financial and commercial dispute resolution, she has represented various financial institutions such as trust companies, fund companies, commercial banks etc. to deal with disputes at many courts and arbitration institutions such as China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) and Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SAC). In addition, Ms. Zhang has also provided professional legal services for the establishment of many trust plans and private equity funds.
