Mr. Du specializes in the areas of finance, securities and capital markets, investment and M&A.
Mr. Du has been engaged in corporate finance business for more than 20 years in banking industry. He is qualified to practice securities, funds and futures business as well as serve as the independent director of listed companies. He has provided long-term and special legal services for listed companies, investment institutions, large corporate groups and other clients, and has profound knowledge and rich experience in financial, securities and commercial legal affairs.
Mr. Du joined JunZeJun Law Offices in 2017. Before that, Mr. Du was engaged in corporate finance in Zhuhai Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, Shenzhen Branch of China Merchants Bank and Shenzhen Branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank and served as the President of Shenzhen Qianhai Goldfield Capital Management Co., Ltd..
Mr. Du graduated from Jilin University and received his bachelor's degree in economics and master's degree in law.
