To strengthen the compliance management of Ya'an enterprises, enhance their awareness of laws and regulations, and safeguard their legal rights and interests, on 11 October 2023, Ya'an Federation of Industry and Commerce, together with Ya'an Yucheng District Party Committee Organization Department, District Federation of Industry and Commerce, District Economy and Science Bureau, District Economy and Information Bureau, and District State-owned Assets Office held a dedicated training seminar on enterprise compliance, and invited Ya'an specially appointed expert, Wang Zhengyang, a senior partner of Junzejun (Shanghai) Law Offices, to give the training seminar.

 

Huang Yue, Vice Chairman of the Ya'an Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Zeng Jun, Secretary of the Party Group of Yucheng District Federation of Industry and Commerce, attended the training seminar. More than 90 people participated in the training, including the personnel in charge of member enterprises of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce and Yucheng District Federation of Industry and Commerce and the personnel from state-owned enterprises in Yucheng District.

 

 

Before the start of the training, Zeng Jun pointed out that entrepreneurs should learn through this study, gain a deep understanding of the importance of business compliance, and further strengthen their confidence in development through their innovative development, compliance, transformation, and upgrading, and constantly improve the quality of development. Entrepreneurs should closely integrate the development of enterprises with the national strategy and the development of Ya'an, vigorously carry forward the entrepreneurial spirit, actively fulfill their social responsibilities, and contribute more strength to the development of Ya'an in the new era.

 

 

Wang Zhengyang, with the theme of “Compliance Management, Helps Enterprises to Prosper”, gave a lecture on the concept of corporate compliance, the main content of the compliance management system for small and medium-sized enterprises, and the response to the compliance risks faced by enterprises, interacted with the audience and shared a batch of typical cases, reminding enterprises of the legal risks they should avoid.

 

 

Attendees said they gained a lot from listening to the lecture and had a clearer understanding of the risks that may exist in managing enterprise compliance. In future production and operation, they will further improve the ability of compliance risk identification and control, be honest, and comply with the law to ensure the high-quality development of the enterprise.
