On November 22, 2019, the legal service team of Mr. Zhengyang Wang, a senior partner of JunZeJun Shanghai Law Office, delivered a lecture on corporate compliance for Japanese-funded enterprises at the invitation of the Ruisui Bank Wuxi Branch. The lecturers also reviewed the significant impact of the Foreign Investment Law on sino-foreign equity joint ventures, foreign-funded enterprises and sino-foreign cooperative joint ventures.
