Mr. Li mainly specializes in the areas of Human Resources and Labor and Integrity and Compliance within the enterprise.

 

Mr. Li has focused on human resource management consulting and legal practice and research for 20 years. He has ample experience in labor and employment issues, human resource management consulting, corporate compliance, dispute resolution, etc. Meanwhile, he specializes in solving human resources legal problems creatively and systematically from a management perspective, combining the characteristics of different industries. His team handles hundreds of difficult and complex labor disputes, including executive disputes, competition restriction disputes, and assists more than 10 companies each year in completing mergers and acquisitions, dissolution and liquidation, organizational structure adjustment involving personnel placement, reduction, optimization and integration of program design implementation, as well as flexible employment program design implementation, company compliance system construction, etc. Besides, he has served as legal counsel, consultant and training instructor for more than 100 Fortune 500 companies. Since 2006, he has participated in the legislation of important laws and regulations such as the Labor Contract Law, the Social Insurance Law and the Interim Provisions on Labor Dispatch, and has provided relevant advice, opinions and suggestions on behalf of foreign-funded enterprises and the human resources service industry.

Professional Activities

  • Served as the planner and guest speaker of the "Rhythm China" national public welfare law promotion tour organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and FESCO from 2010 to 2019. The event covers 30 first- and second-tier cities in China. The themes include human resource management, personnel optimization, flexible employment, labor dispatch, human resource outsourcing, labor risk management, social security system reform, and human resource compliance. During the event, we shared more than 200 sessions and trained more than 50,000 HR and legal practitioners.
  • Served as a part-time tutor for graduate students of the China Institute of Labor Relations, and has been invited as a guest speaker many times to participate in various academic seminars and practical forums at home and abroad.

Working Experience and Education Background

Mr. Li is currently a partner of JunZeJun Law Offices. Before that, Mr. Li worked for FESCO, a leading company in the human resources service industry, as the general manager for a long time, and was hired as a second-level legal adviser of the SASAC.

 

Mr. Li graduated from Renmin University of China with Master's degree.
